Our flip disks aren’t meant to be used for every choice switch; instead, they’re a reliable reference tool to help you keep track when needed. Each set includes disks with weight classes for both boys and girls, compatible with the NFHS regulations across 25 states. High school wrestling officials will want to have these in their bag, ready for any big match.

How wrestling flip disks work
Before the coin flip at the start of the dual, bring both disks with you. Flip one disk to decide; for example, if red chooses odd at 106, keep the red 106 coin in your pocket and place the other disk on the table, in your bag, or in your jacket. If you lose track of the choice due to voids or your pocket system got messed up, simply check in the wrestlers at the center to confirm their weight class, then pull out your flip disk and reset your pocket system.
